What chemical that will kill a large shrub? It is about 6'X4'. Needs to go as quickly as possible.?

Reply:To kill all trees / plants sodium chlorate is the chemical. You can also buy something called tree stump killer at most garden centres.

Reply:why for do you need a CHEMICAL????... we got enuff problems with them.... just get a saw and cut it down, then dig out the roots.... if you kill it with a chemical, you STILL have to cut it down and dig it out once it's dead, right??????... so skip the chemicals and just DO IT!!.....
